load MDB-Vehicle dynamics tools to insert tyres

Hallo everyone,i have a problem with Motionview.

I want to insert tyres in a vehicle.

I load Preference File---->MDB-Vehicle dynamics tools BUT when i right click on the model ,there is no choice ''add autoentity''.

Could anyone help???thanks in advance!

Hi Teo,

What is the version of HyperWorks are you using?

Are you using a student Edition or full suite?

If you are using Student Edition, Auto Entities is not available.

Can you share a snapshot of the menu after you right click on Model in Project browser?

Fyi, the attached is a screenshot of MotionView 14.0 with Auto Entities option.

When i first open MView the MBD tools are already chosen(in BOLT) whereas Hyperworks(default) should have been.

When i have first installed the programm i was able to add autoentities and insert tyres,but when i closed the programm this choice had disappeared and it was not appear never again!

the same happens with HW12...

Is there a chance than path director or something like that is wrong??

Did you by any chance updated the software?

Can you Please update to the latest HyperWorks Patch and try again?

ok!!!i will try this.if it doesnt succeed i will try to insert tires manual by creating the xml file.
