Inspire Won't Open

I've installed Inspire, Hyperworks and placed the licence bat file in de right folder. When I open Inspire, the startup screen will stay on my screen for a very long time and Inspire won't start. I tried running the program as administrator.

Anybody knows this problem or a possible solution?

You can fix this by closing all sT products and then searching/deleting the following folders:

1. C:\ProgramData\x-formation
2. %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\ProgramData\x-formation\ss.<userID>.lock
3. %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\x-formation\
4. %USERPROFILE%AppData\Local\Temp\x-formation
5. C:\Windows\Temp\x-formation

Thanks for your answer. However, I haven't been able to find '%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\ProgramData\x-formation\ss..lock '

I found the others and deleted those. I still have got the problem. Is that .lock file necessary to delete?
