Spring back query: ERROR IN OPTIONS INISHE

Can anybody tell me what kind of error is this

'ERROR id : 595
** ERROR IN OPTIONS INISHE
SOME FIELDS ARE MULTIPLY DEFINED, SHELL ID=900000261'

 

I was running a spring back simulaton, when I encountered this error.

 

Please guide me to solve this problem; I tried every possibe way like using Automatic mode/ Manual mode, autoprocess, but nothing worked.

Looks like the element id's are repeated in the blank section definition. Kindly follow the steps in the HF-3040 to set up the springback analysis.
