Element Quality Index Limits?

I am doing transient(direct) dynamic analysis of vibration mesurement test rig. I am going to solve it using RADIOSS(Bulkdata) solver. Is there any recommended quality index limits (for skew,warpage,aspect ratio etc.,). for the above specified solver?. Any information regarding this will be very useful for me.

Hi,

Firstly note that RADIOSS bulk is now part of and called optistruct, so we will use the name optistruct for all intents and purposes,

When you are in the check elements panel, you will find that the quality criteria recommended for every solver is already preset,

1.Open the Check Element Settings dialog:

2.Under Solver settings:, select All Set To.

3.Select the desired Solver from the pull-down menu located to the right of the All Set To radio button.

Hi, I have a problem whit 'Quality index' there is no a buttoms to edit the mesh. Here is a picture about this. How can I add missing buttoms?

Try closing HM then delete hmmenu.set and hmsettings.tcl in My Documents then reopen HM
