There are tutorials available under OptiStruct interface in the Help Menu for doing Frequency response analysis. You could follow the same procedure for the Nastran interface also, because the input deck setup is almost similar for both Optistruct and Nastran. A sample tutorial and model file is attached along.
You could instead use OptiStruct itself for your analysis that gives you good results and also an advantage for further doing structural optimization.
