Hi,
Anyone can tell me why morph at blank but not the die?
Is it possible to morph at die and run the optimization in incremental?
Thank you
optimization is carried on the blank because we need to finalize the final component shape such that it is manufacturable. Variables such as corner radius, blank thickness and edge fillet radius effect the formability results.
The die is generally morphed (compensated) after running the spring back analysis
I observed there is some split or thinning from forming result. So in order to optimise, I need to morph the blank, correct?
But the blank is flat, how am I going to morph those shapes?
Thank you very much.
Can I ask are the
initial value: 0
lower bound: -1
upper bound: 1
must be those value? Cannot like upper bound 5, lower bound 1, initial value = 3?

can anyone please tell me is it possible to carry out stochastic analysis after run incremental optimisation in hyperform?
