Can you please right-click on Components in the Model-browser and click show. Then, in the contour plot selection field (Shown in below image) select components displayed and apply.

Try this. If this doesn't work let me know.

There is no connectivity between these elements (image shown below). Therefore, these elements are not carried into Post-Processing. Make sure connectivity is maintained.

Also, You can see there are duplicate elements formed.

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

And it is not the proper way to mesh. You cannot have connectivity if you mesh with different size. Please, have a look at below post.
