My question is, can i estimate in Hyperview a volume of my optimiezed model ?

It may not be possible but you can do it in HyperView.
But you can estimate using HyperMesh using OSSmooth.

Follow the procedure and instead of running analysis go to Tools page>>Mass Calc to estimate mass and volume.
