Sequence of images to be added in a report

I am preparing a HV template in which I read results from a vehicle crash simulation

In the template I have added sveral plots vs time and I would like to add sequences of still images (e.g. every 10 ms for a 100 ms event) below the plots

I know how to export sequences of images from an animation, but I am not sure how to read them in the template and how to automatize this

Any suggestions?

Hi Jacobo,

Do you want to insert image in HyperView? if so, please use Image plane (Annotation menu>> Image planes)

if no, could you please explain the exact use case?

Thank you very much for your quick reply
I would like to generate the images in Hyperview from the simulation results and then align the images
The attached image shows a sketch created manually of what I want to do. If possible I would like to generate and align the sequential images automatically from the simulation results

Does this explain better what I want to do?

Hello,

you can try to install the 'Hyperview Macro Toolbar', download at: ftp://ftp.altair.de/pub/hyperworks/support/macro_toolbars/

Here you have a option to create 'One Image Each Timestep/Simulation' at the menu 'Export'

At all, there are a lot of very useful macros at the toolbar !!!

I installed it and it works to export the images I want

In addition to creating the images, do you have any suggestion of how to import the created images back into my template so I can display them as in the sketch I attached a couple of posts ago?
