CFD multi volume mesh

Hi all,

I have a problem with CFD tetramesh using HM 12.
I'll describe you a simple example that explain my problem.

I have to mesh 2 volumes sequentially, with an 'internal' surface that separate them.

Some surfaces of the first volume are set as  with BL fixed , one of them is set as without BL float.
The first volume mesh is successful created by HM, setting the internal surface as without BL float.
Then, if I try to mesh the second volume, setting the internal surface as without BL fixed and other

surfaces as well as the first volume, HM tell me: mesh is not enclosed.
This problem doesn't appear if all surfaces are set as with BL fixed.

Has anyone found this problem and a solution to achieve my goal?

Thanks

The problem come from the fact, that you didn't generate a BL on the bottom face of the box. So the interface between the two volumes is not connected anymore to the bottom face of the second box. Therefore you get a 'non-enclosed' warning. Check for free edges after you have meshed the first volume.
