Eventhough i make it as current component it is getting created as volume 001.1 .What is wrong in this ? Also is it ok to delete the ^tmp 2d for tetra & ^error elements.Why these elements form ??

The 2d mesh/model is first investigated for faults and if there are any the failed elements are duplicated and placed in the error elements component.
I suggest the tetrameshing tutorials in help and this checklist before tetrameshing.

Do you see any warning or error message at the bottom left of your HyperMesh window when you are meshing?
Check if there are any free edges. Delete them and check again.
