Virtual wind tunnel closes hwx.exe during simulation
Hello, I have a problem with virtual wind tunnel, when starting a simulation everything progresses normally but hwx.exe is closed and the simulation stops at 0.02%. In the video below I do all the complete simulation from hypermesh by checking the duplicate elements. At the end of the video I show the run patch. In the attached files is the .nas file and the hw. Thanks for your help.

Can you post a screenshot of the VWT run folder (check preferences for the location). If there is a file named vwtAnalysis.Meshsim.txt, please upload that as well.
There are two issues I could observe from the video, one that the motorcycle is flying (lifted a few cms above ground /emoticons/default_wink.png' srcset='/emoticons/wink@2x.png 2x' title=';)' width='20'> with no contact with the road).
Second and more importantly, I suspect that your 4 core PC is probably does not have enough RAM to mesh with 0.0004 m. Observe the Task Manager for RAM consumption. That is a likely reason for HWX.exe hanging.

There are mesh intersections in your .nas file. The screenshot shows mesh_intersections.nas. Import this into already loaded surface mesh in HyperMesh. These intersecting elements will be visible as extra component.
One check that typically helps, is checking and eliminating all elements with angle less than 5 Degrees.
