Problem importing CAD and step files in MotionView HW13.0

We have problems importing Catia and step files in MotionView HW13.0. Problem is not systematic. Sometime some files can be imported, but after 2 or 3, none can be imported anymore. Even step file of a tutorial can no longer be imported. Restarting MotionView solved problem one time, but now restarting it 7 times did not help.

 

Does anyone have similar problem ?

 

Importing error message we get is 'Make sure the model has been meshed and/or has finite element data in it, and make sure you have access to save in the specified location.'

 

We made sure to use same folder when it worked and when it did not work.
