Algorithm or Code for Optistruct

I am interested in studying and understanding the working of Optistruct during optimization process. I am in search of algorithms and codes used to perform this. Can anybody suggest any reference materials for this?

You can found 'Optimization Theory' in several textbook, that's classical /emoticons/default_smile.png' srcset='/emoticons/smile@2x.png 2x' title=':)' width='20' />

But if you're looking for the 'codes' used by Optistruct, I don't think you'll found this because Optistruct is NOT Opensource software, simply.

Okay...that's fine about codes... but at least can I know on what basis/principles do the solver works or iterations are carried out?

Governing equation which solver use for different type of analysis is available in Optistruct user guide.See attached screenshot for Linear static & Normal modal.
