how can we spot the left out 2d elements( 1 or 2 which are not included while doing tetramesh) after doing tetramesh??

Go to tool - delete - elems - by config (CTRIA3) - select entities

You can also use the Mask browser, using which a user can mask/unmask entities at the entity configuration level. User can isolate the elements. For example, the Isolate icon at the 2D folder masks all connectors, geometry, 0D/rigid elements, spring/gap elements, 1D elements and 3D elements and unmasks all 2D elements within any displayed components.
