Hi,

has hypermesh a cad interface? if so, to which cad systems?

    Hi Andreas,

     

    Yes, The following are supported to import CAD files into HyperMesh.

     

    In HyperMesh, goto Import>> Geometry 

    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>importCAD.PNG

    I mean a direct Connection between CAD and hypermesh?

    I mean a plugin which allows to send data from the CAD directly to the hypermesh

    I don't know what do you mean 'send'. But you can 'import' a lot of CAD model into Hypermesh. See reply above of @Prakash Pagadala.

    Hi @Andreas7891

     

    There is no such plugin available which will save CAD geometry to HyperMesh. You can import the CAD data from any of the above specified formats and save that to .hm format.
