How to find contact area from the elements in which contact is defined?

Or in other terms i want to find the surface area occupied by those blue colored contacts.

Note: Mass calc option do not give option for selecting contact elements.
the elements attached to the contact surface can be found using Tool--> find--> find attached--> find--> save found. Then these elements can be retrieved in Tool--> 'Masc cal' panel which gives the area of the attached elements which is equivalent to the area of the contact surface.Â
