Hi,
I am a new Vissim user and I would like to ask about the example for F28377S LaunchPad.
You have the example of the DAC?
Thank you!
Andrew.
Attached below you will find a diagram to put out a 10 Hz sin on the buffered DAC for the F28377S. Pete

Thank you, working.
Why in your example, the signal looks so?
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
Good question. Since the DACs take a 12 bit value, and we are using scaled fixed point representation of fx4.16, The full range of the DAC output is realized by providing values between 0 and 0.99975 (due to the 2's complement arithetic representation). Since we did not adjust the gain of the sin in the example, when it went to 1 it overflowed the DAC register and effectively went to zero.

Thank you.
Your example as mine does not produce the output A0 nothing.

Thank you,
understood it was necessary to change the VDAC.

What's my error? I set Ramp16 to 10KHz and get on output DAC 8.09KHz. System Properties frequency set to 1MHz.

On some of the 28377D parts, the internal oscillator can be slow. Try right clicking on the F28x Config block and changing to the on-board external crystal, and set the multiplier to 10 (the crystal is 20MHz)
is it possible to get this DAC code file? it says not found when i try to download.
Thanks in advance
