Good morning,

How may i create the file .nas necessary for use blank opti tools? I m trying to complete the HF-3110 tutorial, but at some point, when 'extracting edge normal 'message is reported, the software crash, it happens any time...

    For regular software crash try deleting setting files.

    What is the OS and version of HW you are using?

     

    Check whether your graphics card is compatible with the version of HW you are using.

    Hi,

    OS is Windows 7, i'm using HW 14 and my graphics card is RADEON HD7640G+ 7470M 1GB

    Maybe the grapichs card could be the problem?

    I think so. Maybe someone can comment on this and update the supported graphic card details for 14.0

    and about the file nas reported in the tutorial? what kind of file is? and how can be created?

    Using Nastran user profile you can export deck with .nas extension.
