Sir,
I am trying to perform pedal topology optimisation but I am getting large displacement(power of 10^8).
Larger displacement in your model represents there is some connectivity issue in meshing.
Go to Edges Panel ( Shift + F3 ) > Find the edges > Equivalence ( Connect unconnected edges )
On a softer note, you can follow below provided instructions to avoid this issue -
a Maintain same density of elements between Design & Non-design region to establish proper connectivity
b. Go for Mappble Option for proper Hex Meshing.
Still the thing is not working sir.
Kindly refer below provided image to know the region with connectivity issue. The region with green color is representing the same.
Go to Edges Panel ( Shift + F3 ) > Find the edges > Equivalence ( increase the tolerance to connect them properly )
There was connection issue between Design & Non-design Part at bolt location. I have fixed this issue & shared the respective file on your mail ID.
