PBARL vs PBEAML

Hello,

i just want to know about the difference of PBARL vs PBEAML?

I want to use size optimization of hallow rectangular beams(width, height, thickens).

which one is better?

After i have defined properties and component and nodes, how can i insert this?

Also i try to use PBARL, here is my file. but it has problem and the error is : 

*** ERROR # 1479 *** in the input data:
  Incorrectly formatted numeric data in field 9.
  (If it is a character field, it should start with a letter.)

 *** Run terminated because of error(s) in the input data.

would you help me on this too?
