I have a bearing which has some small surface fillets on its edges. could someone tell what to do if hypermesh fails in surface fillet removing?Â

From the quick edit (F11) option toggle the 'split' in the fillet and try defeaturing.

Thank you so much, well thie outer fillet seems a bigger problem. Is defeature the only solution to remove the surface?
You can try Altair SimLab for meshing. PFA video for same.
