How to make mesh corresponding at the jonction of two parts?

Hi to All,

 

Can anyone tell me who to set meshing parameters in order to two part sharing the same nodes at there junction?

Please see the attached file as an example of non corresponding meshes at a T tube junction.

    Hi Malick,

     

    I think you can try  2D >> Mesh edit >> extend  panel. It may be useful for this kind of issue. (see attached picture)

    Hi Malick,

     

    If you have surfaces for Both the components,,..  

    Just do the surface edit(shift+F9) by selecting both the surfaces, If not use the extension option in the same menu.

    It will give you a T-edge in between, that will make you comfortable to edit the mesh parameters at that location,,.. 

     

    If surfaces are not there I support Newbie's is the best option,,..
