I want to mesh with 3d element but it is meshing with only 2-d element instead of 3d elements

First you to mesh in surface 3D > tetramesh> Volume tetramesh> element type as : Surfs> Element size: preferred value
> Check two check boxes for Fine and proximity mesh on Curves and Fillets> mesh.
