QI Optimize Option

Need your help on the QI optimize option:

Looking at the cmf file after using this option, the following commands appear:

In the command, I can't seem to find the values for:

1. Number of layers

2. Option to toggle 'Inside' 

I have tried changing the values, but the same command appear in the cmf. My question is, how can I control this in a script?

Any help is much appreciated.
