Missing geometry in results

Hi all,

 

I am very new to using Optistruct and I'm having a weird issue. I run my model and the output file gives me zero errors. When I open the results some of the geometry from my model is missing. Specifically, it's the part of the geometry where the load is applied. Does anyone know why this happens and how to get the geometry to appear in the results?

Hi,

Please check the connectivity of the model and also the boundary conditions applied in the model. It seems like the model is 'flying' away as soon as the load is applied.
