fluid volume problems using CFD tetramesh

I've been following along this tutorial: http://www.altairhyperworks.com/hwhelp/Altair/hw12.0/help/engsol/engsol.aspx?engineering_solutions_tutorials.htm

and trying to build a CFD model of a small racecar. I'm at step 10 where you create the mesh for the fluid volume and it doesn't generate a mesh for the air fluid volume. It makes a mesh for the other closed surfaces that I have ( control arms mostly ) in the model but not the air volume.

I've checked that I have node equivalence and have no free edges.

Any thoughts?

I'm having trouble uploading the .hm files so anyone can take a look at the model, if there is a different method I can use please let me know.

Thanks,

Mike

    Mike,

Are you following CFD-1400: Wind Tunnel Mesh ?

What is the message you see when you try to tetramesh the volume in the bottom left, i.e. in the status bar when the meshing operation fails ?
