One way I would think is mesh on one of rhe vertical faces of the spring and drag the 2D elements along the lines of the spring to create a 3D mesh.

Ok thanks

i used trim with bounding lines to split the spring and mesh it one by one with solidmap

@FILY: Are you sure about mesh density? Don't forget that the quality of analysis depend to the quality of your mesh.
