Urgent! Inspire Export Error

Hi

I'm using inspire to optimize my quadcopter. But after I smooth it and click output step file, inspire just not responding at all. 

When I check the task manager, it should inspire is taking up 20% of the CPU and memory size it toked just keep increasing.

I tried delete all component and just leave optimized part there. I tried output igt step stp stl and all end up with the same situation: Not responding but consuming my memory and CPU.

 

This is a quadcopter for competition. I need to output the file asap and refine it. Anyone can help me with that?

 

I'm using windoes8.1 inspire 2014 3969.

    Does this unresponsive behavior happen when you try exporting the smoothed geometry as a parasolid?
