Hi everyone.

I am new user in hyperform. I am trying forming my model (hat section) but when I ran analysis I received a warning 'WARNING IN NODE GROUP DEFINITION' and errors as picture below.

please teach me how to fix it.thank you very much.

    There may be some sharp edges in your models.

    and these sharp edges are penetrating in the blank and tearing it at  the initial stages.

    make your ToolS( punch die and binder) smooth surfaces.
