summingjunction -- more than 2 inputs
Submitted by murthyakella on Mon, 03/26/2012 - 13:43
Hi,
Is there any way by which I can sum more than 2 inputs with one summingjuncion block? I think this should be possible becuase I saw one such block is documentation of bessel function. But I am not able to figure out how I can do that. I looked at the user documentation, forums, trail and error approaches (cntrl+right click, cntrl+left click, al+right click, alt+left click, etc). If there is a solution, please do post here.

Dear Murthy,
You can find 'Add Connector' just below to 'Analyze' or right to 'Paste' (New, Open, Save, Print, Cut, Copy, Paste). Just click once there and then click on the summing junction number of times you require. If there is a -ve sign in your equation, just place mouse cursor on + symbol. When you find a vertical arrow symbol, press Ctrl + Right click. That will turn to -ve. Similarly you can use 'Remove Connector'. Pls let us know if it helps you.

Hi Satya,
The 'Add connector' block helps in adding than 2 inputs for 'summingJunction' block. Thanks a lot for your prompt help. Perhaps it would also be nice if this tip is also included in the doucmentation of 'summingJunction' block of the vissim user guide.
