Student license - License error
Altair EmployeeI did as I received by e-mail.
I used Windows 7 instead of Windows 10, but it was similar.

The value and name of the user variable were correct, but it continued to fail.

From the screenshots, everything seems to be correct. Clearly the license manager is not able to read the file, but according to your images the file is located at the correct location. Could you copy / move the file to the default location (C:\Program Files\Altair\2018-edu\security\ and see if that changes the error?
The only thing I can think of after that is that the file contents is somehow corrupted?
What happens if you go to the Licensing Student Edition tab of the Feko Launcher and open the Altair License Utility (ALM)?
