    Hi Roberto,

Can you confirm which version you are using?  There was a similar problem with WinProp 14 but the WinProp 14.1 update provided a fix (released end of June).  If you're not using 14.1 or newer, then you can try to update to the latest version.

    Hello Roberto,

You need to download the new installation for the Connect website (http://connect.altair.com/). You will find 14.0 and 14.1 is available. Version 14.5 will be released soon (probably next week).

    Hi Roberto,

When upgrading to version 14.1, did you go through the sequence of [Uninstall version 14] [Reboot] [Install version 14.1] [Reboot]?

When you say the software doesn't run, is that just for this particular model or for all models?

If the problem occurs for this model but not for all models, can you upload the problematic model files to this forum so I can have a look?

    Regards,

    Martin.
