How to use other algorithms than the default optimization algorithm when doing the size optimization

I am optimizing the radius of the lattice structure. How can I use other optimization algorithms? For example, Method of Feasible Directions (MFD), Adaptive Response Surface Method (ARSM), Genetic Algorithm..., and what is the  default optimization algorithm?Thank you very much!

The Optimization algorithm which you are referring to ,is available with Altair HyperStudy.As per the above table default method for optimization would be ARSM and GRSM.

ARSM : Default method for single objective problems

GRSM : Default method for multi objective problems.Preferred method when the number of design variables is large.
