I have a discretized model as in the attached figure, how can I export the geometry of the upper surface? Can you explain it step by step?

what is the extension of shared file?
the shared file is a picture of the model, the extension is TIFF
Is upper region geometry is planar?For solid elements you can extract 2d faces then generate surface from elements.If desired surface is planar then one can make use of Ruled spline skin command of 2d page for surface creation.
the top surface is not Planar, it has errors form
