Changing Material orientation

Hi all,
I have began modeling a composite body in hypermesh. I have it working as I would like, except I would like my 0 orientation to be going along the y axis based on how my model is inserted, and the default is along the x. I thought about changing my global coordinate system, making a local system, or changing my geometry. I could not get any of these options to work, mainly bc I dont understand how to make a local system, or if there is an easy way to rotate my geometry without loosing my plys that I have assigned to the correct nodes. If you can help, a step by step guide would be helpful.

Hi @leighbo009 Please refer to this video on creating and assigning local coordinate for material orientation https://altairuniversity.com/analysis/structural/composites/modeling-and-analysis-of-composite-structure/
