HyperMesh V13 model crash problem

HyperMesh version 13 model crashed a lot.  Once saved and exit, restart HyperMesh and try to reload hm file, it shows 'Error with model file'. Anyone else has this issue?  Is it a bug in Version 13?

Please try the below:

Close HyperWorks application(s) and Please delete setting files on your machine. Follow the link below on how to delete setting files:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

 

Also, delete .Altair folder in temporary directory. Go to Run and type

 

in %Temp% and click OK.

I tried to delete all these items, not working.  This becomes a big issue since you may lose the entire model when it happens.  This same problem has already happened to me three time with V13.  HYPERMESH NEEDS TO FIX IT QUICK!
