In *.out files, for a gain pattern, we can see the following sequences:

How the POSTFEKO gets total gain in these points and show them to user?
What is the calculation behind that?

This information is contained in Section 20-6 of the FEKO User Manual. This can be found by clicking 'FEKO Help' under the Help menu in CADFEKO or (as a PDF document - UserManual.pdf) located in the doc folder of your FEKO installation.
Specifically the total gain is given by Equation 20-14.
