Show Steps in Analysis

Hello,

 

I´m trying to understand which solution steps Radioss does in my Analysis. I mean at example: Construct the stiffness matrix at Element ###, integrate with gaussian quadrature the trail function at Node ### and whatever.

Is there any option in Radioss or Optistruct to see the detail behind the typical data /Mon/On ?

 

I read the Radioss Manual Guide, and I know the order of solution steps of explicit Analysis. But I want to know it in more datail. The most Books about FEM in general doesn´t show me exactly the steps what the Solver does while computing.
