Impose displacement - circular and step path

Hello everybody,

I would like to ask about the procedure I should follow to input the displacement I want in my analysis. I am trying to simulate an incremental forming (like in the picture below), and for that I need to input this displacement. But I have no idea how to do it and can't find this information anywhere. Is it possible to do it using Hyperform?

I already wrote in this forum months ago and was suggested to read the tutorials, which didn't help. Also I did some online training, but none of them explained about complex displacements like this.

Thank you in advance for considering this.

Regards

    Hello James,

thank you for your message. Well, as I said, I am not used to incremental analysis. I was told briefly once that I should use the impose displacement method to create this conic path (see picture below). Then I was following this...but please, let me know if it makes no sense. I don't know a method in Radioss or Hyperform to input this displacement. Do you have any hints?
