Point mass, how to do it ?

I have a construction of which I have removed various components such as batteries, wiring, toolboxes, etc. etc. The total removed mass is 3500 kg and has known coordinates for its own center or gravity.

Now for the analysis this mass without volume has to be added back to the model, to get the actual weight.
In Nastran it is called a point mass.

How can I do the same within Simsolid?

Today, SIMSOLID does not have a point mass concept. You can set any part to “rigid” and then specify the mass explicitly, say 100 kg. That said, you would need to have to general shape of the component that your are modelling the mass for.
