    one surface failed to mesh

    Hi,

Check which surface is failing to mesh. If the failed surface is small, delete and create again..easy :)/emoticons/default_smile.png' srcset='/emoticons/smile@2x.png 2x' title=':)' width='20'>

With this geometry, it's better to trim into small surfaces before meshing.

    You can't got good mesh with ONE-CLICK method :)/emoticons/default_smile.png' srcset='/emoticons/smile@2x.png 2x' title=':)' width='20' />

it's not easy to create 2D mesh with just one step, you should separate in to multiple surface and mesh it. it's easy to control quality of mesh and find the surface which causes error.
