house grown software Interface to Hyperview

I would like to interface result file created by a house grown software to HyperView.

The result is modal shapes or time dependent analysis.

What format is recommended to use? I tried to find out a document of several output file type supported by Hyperview.(e.g. OP2 ) But I couldn't find out a document desribes details of the format.
