combination of forces in loadsteps

Hi,

 

I'm doing analysis on a component related to handling system.  I have meshed the component, given the loads with SPC.  When i have to apply load steps.  I need to give the combination of forces and constraints.  So,Please some one help me to fulfill the steps further.

 

And if anyone known to fatigue analysis procedure.  Please explain step by step procedure.  As there is very less time period to complete my project.
