How to model a joint between 2 CBEAM

Hallo Everyone!

I'm very a beginner at Hypermesh. I would like to simulate this image below (I think it's called Shear Panel in English).

Can you guys help me, how can I model the joint between the 2 bars? (I model the bars with CBEAML in Hypermesh)

I'm trying right now to use rigid element (RBE2) for this joint, is that good?

Hi Mungobohnen,

Rigid elements elements are also appropriate when modeling a mechanism, such as a hinge as part of a structure.

The aspects of 1D elements are well explained in this document.
