I am willing to mesh the whole car assembly(including parts like engine,wheel,transmission etc) for the crash test and CFD.Is it possible to mesh the whole assembly which has different parts?
Yeah, it's always possible, depending to your simulation goal.
How long do you have to realise this project?
What do you mean by simulation goal?I didn't get you at all!

If you want to do a CFD of entire car model, I think you should identify different compoents (parts) and make seperate components.
Like body, boundary layer, wheels, radiator, etc...
