Dynamic analysis of a simplified engine

As a part of my final projet, I am doing dynamic analyis on an single cylinder engine, but at around 3000 and 6000 RPM (314 and 628 rad/sec), the forces in vertical direction go mad.

  Since I am doing a rigid body analysis, I do not expect to get any resonance!!!

I have attached some pics for my design and the the force graphs that I get.

would greatly appreciate any explanation.

 

   What's more I need to calculate the moment of the crankshaft, is there a method for that using motionview.

Can you share the model and what is your objective and other details? You can use File transfer link in my signature below.

 

You can apply gas forces on piston for more appropriate modelling and check if this gives your any good results.
