is it possible to create a cylindrical coordinate system in hypermesh when meshing for lsydna. i seem to be only getting an option for rectangular in v17.

I believe there are still working on to include that option for LS-Dyna user profile, as its available for Nastran, ANSYS, Madymo.
May be LS-Dyna is next /emoticons/default_biggrin.png' srcset='/emoticons/biggrin@2x.png 2x' title=':D' width='20' />

maybe dyna does not support other system types than rectangular
has this feature been released in the latest Hyperworks ?
There is no way to create a “cylindrical co-ord system” in HM-Dyna HyperWorks Desktop 2017.3.
