How can I add a matching network (t-matching network) to my model?

Hello, 

I am trying to run a simulation of a Bluetooth antenna and I am wanting to add a t-matching network to my model. Up until now I have been running the simulation using a wire port. Although it has worked well, I am wanting to run the same simulation with a t-matching network instead. 

If anyone knows how to add this to my model or how to make the necessary adjustments to add a t-matching network, I would greatly appreciate your help!
