Hi,

I have a solid geometry and i have meshed it with tet elements. The component is a cylindrical solid of diameter 175mm. I want to reduce the diameter to 170mm. Can we do this by scale panel?

In scale panel, it is asking to give scale factor not the dimension to reduce. Could you please help me with this?

Thanks...

    Hi Bhavana,

You can either use scale option or HyperMorph module (Tool page>> HyperMorph).

There are tutorials available for the same on our help documents.

    Prakash,

How to use scale option? I think it is working as a multiplying factor.

    Yes,

its is based on factor. In such case you may have to calculate by what percent you want to scale it down and input the same.
